Blueberry pancakes

Ingredients
200 gms - raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
300 ml milk
butter
150 gms of blueberries
sunflower oil or butter
maple syrup to serve

Method:
1.Bring the sugar and water to boil in a saucepan,stirring until the sugar melts. Mix together the flour,baking powder and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Beat the egg with milk to make a smooth batter. Mix the butter and the blueberries.
2.Heat a teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan.Put the batter into the pan. Make three to four at a time. Cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat until small bubbles appear on the surface. turn and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden.
3.Cover the pancakes
4.Serve with golden or maple syrup.
